Teachers act as the facilitators and explain concepts, facts and provide extra information to the students with a variety of teaching aids. E-learning is an important and essential component in this regard, which makes the teaching- learning process both interesting and interactive. Teachers take good care of the students and assist them to cope with all kinds of problems and challenges.
Student Enrichment Programmes
Just like every year, this year too, our students actively participated in all school activities and competitions. These included singing competition, dance competition, poem singing competition, drawing and poster making competition, greeting card making competitions in the pre primary and primary sections. Our parents too participated with a lot of enthusiasm in the online Rangoli and Poster making competition especially organised for them.
Festivals and celebrations like Holi, Christmas, Rakshabandhan, Ganesh Festival, etc. are also an integral part of the student’s development. All national, religious and regional festivals are held throughout the year to educate the children about the rich cultural and religious heritage of India. These events sensitise the students towards living in harmony in a diverse society – and encourage them to pay respect to the customs and traditions of all religious communities.
Promotion of Sports and other Co-curricular Activities
Along with academics, sports is an integral part of the school curriculum. Students are motivated and guided to be physically fit and mentally alert as a ‘Sound mind resides in a healthy body only.
This academic session all sports activities were conducted virtually like Mass P.T, Yoga and meditation, familiarising students with the rules of both indoor and outdoor games.
Students Achievements in Inter School Competitions and Competitive Exams
Students participated in various competitive exams throughout the year. The main purpose behind encouraging students to participate in these competitions is to improve their concentration, time management skills, sharpen their mental ability and problem solving techniques.
Students actively participated in various competitions organised by CBSE. These included Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, Saksham Competition, Reading Challenge, Pariksha Pe Charcha etc. We are committed to make our students confident and responsible citizens of the country – and promote their holistic development in all spheres.
Teachers Training & Professional Development
Our committed staff of teachers are undergoing a process of continuous development by undertaking a number of training sessions on different portals. Eager to accept the challenge of teaching in an online mode, the teachers have quickly learnt the different online teaching methods and ways of keeping students actively involved in a virtual mode. They are always eager to learn and accept the recent trends in education and ensure maximum learning outcomes in the teaching learning process.
CBSE Results March 2021-22
(Class Xth)
The total number of students appeared was 24 of which 02 passed with 90% and above, 04 above 80% and 18 above 60%. The school gained cent percent results.
We congratulate these students for their excellent performance and extend warm wishes for their bright future.

Environment Education
It is a part of the day to day lessons being taught and the aspect is stressed at regularly in the Assembly.
Plantation Day:
The students of LBS & all staff members were proud to be a part of this day. Group of 5 students plant a tree in school campus as well their home surroundings.

No use of Plastic:
All we have taken oath towards no use of plastic. Start a campaign “ NO MORE PLASTIC” by the LBS students.
Electronic Waste collection Day:
Every year students of LBS make a proud day to collect the electronic waste from the students house and surroundings to support a good environment.
The School is using energy saving Electrical equipment’s.
PTA
A General Body Meeting of parents is held on a regular basis and new members of the PTA were nominated for the year 2022-23.
Since then PTA meetings have been arranged periodically, the PTA members of our school are closely involved in most academic activities.
We thank and congratulate them for their support and co-operation through the years.
Academic Activities:
Competitions and Academic activities that go beyond the text books and the classrooms encourage and foster a healthy and competitive spirit and effective communication skills in the students.
The activities are conducted at classroom level, school level and inter-house level.

OLYMPIADS
Science, Maths and English Olympiad are conducted every year and the students perform excellently at the local as well as National level.
Art Integrated Learning:
Art Integrated Learning has been a hallmark of the school even before the CBSE mandated it as compulsory. An elaborate Art Exhibition is conducted every year which draws a lot of attractions and students willingly contribute to its success.
Science Exhilarate:
Science exhibition conducted every year to promote new innovation among the children and “kehl khel me Janno” Science is main part of this.
Value based Education:
Value based education is given for self-development and personality development. This is done with the aim to inculcate in students values like honesty, gratitude, forgiveness, kindness etc. In addition, throughout the school year.
